The pricing page lists Free, Pro, Pro Plus, Max and Ultra. Annual billing reduces the effective monthly price by 20% compared with paying month to month. The subscription terms cover the Apple App Store app, are effective 9 July 2026, and list Free, Pro, Pro Plus and Max. They do not list Ultra.

CREAO says it includes its AI super agent, agents, connectors, skills and community support. The pricing card also lists custom agents and skills, standard models, 1 video generation, PDFs up to 10 pages, uploads up to 10 MB, 1 personal connector per agent app, and 1 concurrent scheduled run. CREAO Pro: $20 per month
Pro is $20 a month, or $16 a month billed annually ($192 a year). It includes 200 monthly credits, plus the 5 daily credits per team on every plan. The pricing card lists premium models, PDFs over 10 pages, paid video with credits, combined personal connectors, Rooms, custom model selection, up to 3 people, and 2 concurrent scheduled runs. The Apple App Store subscription terms, effective 9 July 2026, describe Pro as including "CREAO with memory, code, search & more" and "custom agents & scheduled runs". Custom agents are also listed on the Free pricing card. Memory is not listed on the public pricing page.

Pro Plus is $50 a month, or $40 a month billed annually ($480 a year). It includes 600 monthly credits plus five daily credits per team. The pricing card lists up to 5 people, 2 concurrent scheduled runs (the same number as Pro), 100 MB files and PDFs, 500 MB video, and priority support. Max is $150 a month, or $120 a month billed annually ($1,440 a year). How scheduled agents affect the decision
Scheduled runs let an existing CREAO agent execute automatically on a recurring schedule. CREAO currently supports daily, weekly, monthly and custom cron schedules, with time and timezone settings. Runs consume credits.
If a run cannot start because there are not enough credits, CREAO says it is skipped rather than failed. A schedule auto-pauses after two consecutive credit-related skips. That makes credit usage worth checking before relying on an agent for important recurring work.

CREAO is aimed at people who want AI agents to perform recurring work rather than only answer one-off prompts. Its current product includes connectors, schedules, approval gates and memory. That can be useful for work such as recurring reports, quote responses, content briefs and other tasks that combine AI with business tools.
The limitation is that credits make cost harder to predict than a simple fixed-action workflow. If your task is just moving data from one app to another, a traditional automation tool may be easier to budget.
