What is CREAO AI? A plain-English introduction

What CREAO says an agent is
CREAO's homepage calls it an AI agent builder. You describe a task, it builds an agent, and that agent can run again inside connected tools. Examples on the site include a quote reply, a morning ad draft, a stock check and an SEO brief. Those are CREAO's illustrations.
Skills tell the agent how to do a task. Connectors reach other services. The skills and connectors page, updated June 2026, says CREAO ships 30+ built-in skills and 28+ connectors, including Gmail, Google Calendar, Sheets, Drive, Slack, Notion, Shopify and GitHub. You sign in through the other service, and you can turn skills off. Custom skills can come from a public GitHub repository, a ZIP file or a chat description.
The homepage says agents can generate video and images, speak in 20+ voices and use a browser. It lists models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, Meta, Moonshot, Z.ai, MiniMax and Sakana, plus CREAO Lite. Model choice is on Pro and above. Approval gates can hold a send or a file change for a person.

The pricing page labels yearly billing “save 20%”. Subscription terms effective 9 July 2026 list annual equivalents of $16 a month for Pro, $40 for Pro Plus and $120 for Max. Those terms do not list Ultra. Ultra is on the pricing page at $1,000 a month, so wait for checkout before assuming a yearly Ultra price.

Scheduled runs, memory and credits
You add a schedule to an agent you already have. Frequencies are daily, weekly, monthly or a custom cron expression. Each run is stored in Sessions, and you can opt in to an email. Runs use credits. If credits run out, the run is skipped, and two skips in a row pause the schedule.
The terms say credits do not roll over unless CREAO says so. The 30 free credits are one-time, plus 5 daily credits. CREAO does not publish one credit price for every model, so test a small task. You can cancel a renewal and keep the period already paid. Enterprise has no public price.
Who the published product suits
CREAO is aimed at repeatable work that uses memory and connected tools. The free plan is the way to try the super agent, with one personal connector per agent. Pro, at $20 a month, is where memory, custom agents, combined connectors and model selection are listed together. The pricing page lists 1 concurrent scheduled run on Free and 2 concurrent scheduled runs on Pro. Max and Ultra are large steps in credits and price. Keep approval gates on for messages and file changes while you test. Mike has not scored the output.
