Systeme.io review 2026: free plan, pricing and features
Systeme.io is an all-in-one online business platform for sales funnels, email, courses, websites, memberships, automation and your own affiliate programme. The public plans are a free plan, Startup, Webinar and Unlimited. This page summarises what systeme.io publishes about those plans. Mike has not tested the product.

What systeme.io says it includes
Systeme.io describes one login for sales funnels, email marketing, online courses, a website builder, a blog, affiliate programme management and marketing automation. The pricing page also lists evergreen webinars, A/B testing, one-click upsells, order bumps, coupon codes, communities, a booking calendar, pipelines, physical products and sub-accounts.

Every plan, including the free plan, is described as including unlimited email sends, unlimited sub-accounts and no transaction fee on Stripe or PayPal payments. Systeme.io says each sub-account gets the same limits as the main plan, at no extra charge.

The pricing FAQ says the free plan supports up to 2,000 contacts, three sales funnels, one blog, one course, one affiliate programme and one custom domain. Emails sent are unlimited, and the plan data also lists unlimited file storage. Systeme.io says the free plan does not need a credit card.
The same FAQ lists tighter caps that are easy to miss: one automation rule, one email campaign and 500 students. Those limits are the practical reason many people would look at Startup, which the FAQ prices at $17 a month.
Which paid plan matches the published limits
Systeme.io's own guide follows contacts. Under 2,000, it points to the free plan. From 2,000 to 5,000, Startup at $17. From 5,000 to 10,000, Webinar at $47, which adds evergreen webinars. Over 10,000, Unlimited at $97. Startup's plan data lists 10 automation rules and five courses. Webinar lists 100 automation rules and 20 courses. Unlimited lists unlimited contacts, funnels, rules, courses and custom domains. A teams option is booked by call, with no public price.
Yearly billing and free migration
The pricing page shows a yearly billing control with the label “2 months free”. It also shows a “Free migration” label. The migration page explains the condition: the move is included at no extra fee with the Unlimited monthly plan, at $97 a month, or with any annual plan. It is a done-for-you transfer of products, sales pages, funnels, email lists, sequences, courses and customer records into systeme.io. Payment and transaction history stays with the original payment processor. Systeme.io says a simple move often takes two to five business days, and a larger one can take one to two weeks, after they have reviewed the account.
You can upgrade or cancel from account settings. If you cancel, systeme.io says you keep the current plan until the next billing date, and the account then returns to the free plan.
What to weigh before you pay
The free plan is broad, and it is capped. One course, one automation rule and one email campaign suit a first test. Evergreen webinars are listed from the Webinar plan upwards. The yearly control says “2 months free”, and the page does not print a separate yearly total beside that label, so read the checkout price, including tax. Free migration is tied to Unlimited monthly or an annual plan.
